All prices refer to individual apartment lease per day (night).
After booking has been arranged, the guest is given adequate information concerning deposit payment, between 20 - 30% of the total amount. After receiving the payment, the guest is being sent the reservation confirmation. The rest of the amount is paid on the first day of coming to the suite.
Advance payment is refunded 100% in case of cancellation 60 or more days earlier, 50% up to 30 days earlier, in less than 30 days without refund of advance payment. A stay of less than 4 nights is charged 30% more.
The price of the arrangement includes:
- Daily suite lease
- Residence tax
- The use of air conditioning, Wi-Fi
- Electricity and water expenses, sheets, kitchen towels
- One parking space for each apartment
Extra person - charged in the amount of 10.00 euro / night.
Final cleaning: charged in the amount of 40.00 euros if guests do not leave the apartment clean.
On the day of departure the guests have to leave the accommodation the latest at 10:00, in order that the owners have time to prepare it for the next guests arriving at 14:00.
